Meditation

For me, pregnancy, yoga and meditation go hand in hand. As a traditional Hatha and Pranayama instructor I want to utilise these practices to help you find a peaceful moment for just you and your baby to share during your pregnancy. Being mindful together can let you connect, bond and really focus on each other to build your relationship even before you see that tiny little face.

Group sessions

Sharing space with other mothers to be in a peaceful, beautiful environment can be the uplifting release that you need from the stresses of life during pregnancy.
Each session will have a 45 minute guided meditation, designed to bring stillness to your body and mind whilst providing specific moments that invite you to focus on your baby.

Private session

Personalised sessions that help alleviate your individual pressures through pregnancy and allow you to take time for yourself in your own space.
Prior to each session, we will have a chat so you can explore how you've been feeling and then together we can choose a meditation that will most benefit you. These sessions can be a length to suit your needs and can help tackle anxiety, stress or simply leave you peaceful and ready to sleep.
